Beyond Belief Brewing Co., established in 2021, is a pioneering brewing company dedicated to crafting great beer while leading the way for a sustainable drinks industry. As newcomers to the scene, we bring a fresh perspective, combining great quality product with a commitment to reducing food waste.
After 3 years of refinement and experimentation, we’ve developed our patented process, allowing us to transform surplus food into a base malt for our unique beer. From pasta to noodles and flapjacks – there’s almost nothing that we can’t repurpose.
Distributing across the UK, we are showing that sustainability can be achieved at scale. Each pint of beer saves nearly a litre of water and over one whole meal. By utilising surplus food we minimise barley usage, reducing carbon emissions and land-use while maintaining the highest quality beer.
Our vision of beer that is good for both planet and palate became realised when we were awarded both the Sustainability and Innovation awards at the 2023 Trade Drinks Show in London.
