A British manufacturer of cat and dog food, Fold Hill has been specialising in delivering consistent and high quality dry pet food for 40 years.
Growing many ingredients on our family-run farm we carefully source everything from our site in Lincolnshire. This way we can ensure the best possible quality for you and your label.
Renowned for excellent service, our modern and purpose built site meets the high standards of certification required by the British Retail Consortium Global Standards for food and FEDIAF (the European pet food federation code of practice).
Leaders in Innovation
With over 19,000 square metres, our fully automated site is able to offer both baked and extruded production capabilities. Aiming to exceed our customers’ expectations, our state-of-the-art ovens and extruders are able to produce original and innovative recipes on a large scale without compromising quality or consistency.
Packaging
The first manufacturers in the UK to pack hook and loop sealed bags, capable of packing in excess of 1,000 tonnes a week, Fold Hill leads the way in automatic packing and palletizing lines. Able to handle an impressive variety of custom-designed bag formats and sizes, including standard and bespoke packaging, as well as boxes and cartons, we can offer our private label customers efficient and high quality solutions, as well as access to new trends and designs.

Storage & Distribution
With spacious warehouse facilities on site, we can ensure for a fast supply chain and flexible storage solutions. Due to our extensive experience of exporting products, our team will ensure all the necessary export certification and regulations are complied with, enabling for timely delivery of your products anywhere in the world.
